Crest Vertical Immersion Pumps

The Crest Pumps range of vertical immersion pumps are resistant to clean or solids-laden corrosive, acidic, or alkali liquid. They feature a cantilever seal-less design, enabling the pumps to run-dry and reducing downtime and maintenance. Use for tank emptying, transfer or recirculation of corrosive liquids. They can be mounted internally or externally, freeing-up valuable tank capacity.

The VSL, CSS and PPS ranges have no immersed bearings allowing the pumps to run-dry indefinitely without damage. The over-sized cantilever shaft design removes the need for bearings at the bottom of the pumps, increasing stability and preventing shaft whipping - No immersed bearings - No mechanical seal

VSL Series Vertical Immersion

Low-maintenance VSL pumps feature a 400mm column and balanced impeller to prevent liquid backing up the pump shaft. Uses: metal treatment, tank emptying, transfer and re-circulation.

Column length: up to 750mm
Materials: Polypropylene, PVC, PVDF, 316 s/s

CSS Series Vertical Immersion

Rugged, totally corrosion-resistant pump. Cantilever shaft and patented run-dry design. Uses: sump emptying, recirculation, effluent treatment, flume scrubbers.

Large-scale, reliable, heavy-duty pumps. Wetted parts are corrosion resistant. Machined from solid plastics.
