Western Trunk Sewer Main, Lower Hutt

Prime provided a 24/7 bypass solution to handle 300 L/s of raw sewage over 900m to enable relining of an 850 mm trunk main. The setup included having two BA180 auto-priming centrifugal pumps in operation, with a further two BA180s on standby. This was supported with continuous fill, level, and sensor monitoring.

The project was completed over two weeks with no downtime, ensuring safe and efficient execution of the relining works.
