BBA Trade-In Offer Terms & Conditions

Eligibility and Timeline

1. The BBA Trade-In Promotion is available from 1 February to 1 August 2026 (inclusive).

2. To qualify, the trade-in deal must be confirmed in writing and a purchase order for the new BBA pump must be raised by 5pm, 1 August 2026.

3. Trade-in offers apply to the purchase of BBA BA-Series and PT-Series pump models only.

Valuation and Assessment

5. All trade-in values are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to inspection, approval, and final authorisation by a Prime Fluid Management Sales Manager or authorised delegate.

6. No indicative trade-in pricing is guaranteed prior to physical inspection and written approval.

Trade-In Equipment Requirements

8. Trade-in pumps must:

• Start and run reliably

• Be free from major leaks or excessive corrosion

• Have an intact frame and engine

• Be suitable for fleet or other use, as determined by Prime Fluid Management.

9. Prime Fluid Management reserves the right to decline any trade-in that does not meet internal operational, safety, or reputational standards.

Additional Services and Logistics

10. Optional services (e.g. setup assistance, technical training, servicing, warranty extensions) may be offered at Prime Fluid Management's discretion and may vary by model and customer.

General Terms

12. Trade-in equipment becomes the property of Prime Fluid Management upon completion of the sale and settlement of the new pump purchase.

13. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly agreed in writing by Prime Fluid Management.

14. All prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
